I'm Vidal, a digital designer and a Photoshop afficinado. Digital design being a broad discipline, I have skills within graphic design (my strengths being branding & identity, layout, typography & color), web- and digital product design, UX, visual communication, video, and even some 3D. I have been trained to design a complete digital product, which suits me as I have always benefited from solving problems while looking at the wholeness.

My strengths:
• I like to offer creative solutions. I also dare to offer creative solutions a la my creative guru Alf Rehn (the voicing of which can ask for a bit of courage at times);
• I can coach Photoshop in my sleep;
• capacity of obtaining new skills: the mini-3D-game in this portfolio was created in 6 weeks, starting with zero knowledge in either 3D or game programming;
• I can draw inspiration from a traditional Japanese book layout to create a unique web design for international target audience;
• I understand the goals of both an artist and a business owner since I’ve been both;
• I am international, comfortable with the dynamics of the globalisation;
• what I ever lacked in terms of problem-solving capacity & patience, I have obtained thanks to the military-type training I have involuntarily received from my kid

I’m available for separate freelance projects, as long as there is no interest conflict with my current clients. Currently not looking for employment, unless, of course, a very unique and breathtaking design studio would be looking for somebody
